We are looking for a professional with experience in marketing for the following functions.
My activities.
Position requires strong legal-support, quick analysis, good summary skills and clear communication to establish a sound and precise legal, including redline proposal to all documents that entail contractual relationships and transactions between Siemens and Customes, suppliers and regulatory agencies in an organized and holistic manner.
Candidate shall be capable to support all incoming claims and interact with multidisciplinary and multicultural individuals and teams.
What will you need to succeed? Bachelor Degree.
Law 3 - 5 years of experience in:  Contract review.
Legal negotiation.
Public Acquisition and Public Law experience.
Mexican legal framework knowledge (Civil, Administrative, Commercial) Teamwork Excellent communication and writing skills Experience in project follow up and corporate legal environment You can expect.
