JUNIOR FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC), located in TSUM Business Center Sofia Bulgaria, we are looking for a Junior Financial Controller.
The Financial Analyst (Controlling) role requires the usage of technical skills to assist with improving processes for the global finance community through standardization and automation.
Must have a good comprehension of Profit & Loss Statement and understanding of data flow/functionality in SAP as well as a basic understanding of accounting principles and the ability to turn financial data into meaningful reports to assist Finance Leaders with decision making.
This position works closely with Finance Executives and key members of various organizations within the company.
The Financial Analyst (Controlling) assists with monthly analyses of the forecast vs.
actual results, planning for future forecasts, and running ad hoc reports to ensure that additional analyses can be performed as required.
Tasks and obligations.
•    Manage Recurring Controlling tasks   •    Critical thinking evaluation of existing processes  •    Ongoing technical optimization and improvement of reporting data sets  •    Proactive development/ improvement/ stabilization of new processes  •    Driving constant process automation and optimization  •    Direct contact person to stakeholders  •    Maintain process documentation     Required qualifications and capabilities.
•    University degree in economics or another financial discipline  •    1-3 years of successful working experience in a relevant field or in accounting and/or controlling  •    SAP, MS Office (advanced Excel skills)  •    Strong Analytical Skills  •    Excellent Networking and Communication Skills  •    Customer orientation  •    Fluent English Language skills    Other skills.
