Requirements
Bilingual Spanish and English fluent.
2 years in sales role.
American Visa TurismBusiness.
Nice to have
Previous experience in MLM companies in México.
Bachelor Degree in Business administration, or any other salesbusiness related.

Customer Service experience
Ability to travel multiple times per month, within and outside of Mexico
Responsibilities
Train, coach and develop distributors to increase sales, virtually and in person.
Propose, create and implement strategies to increase sales.
Contact and Support distributors to increase sales.
Building and maintaining relationships with distributors.
Identify improvements that can be done.
Identify challenges that the distributors could be experiencing and develop creative solutions to overcome them.
Working towards achieving the sales target
Job Details
Flexible work 2 days from home and 3 days at the office.
Salary to be defined depending on experience and degrees range between 30,000 MXN 40,000 MXN before taxes, plus annual bonuses that can exceed 30 of annual salary depending on the sales targets reached.
Flexible schedules according to the business needs. Regularly Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
Required to travel.
