AP and Treasury Specialist will be responsible for supporting the company’s accounts payable process and treasury functions.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, who can handle transactions while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
The AP and Treasury Specialist will work closely with the finance team to support the company’s financial operations and contribute to financial planning.
ey Responsibilities.
ccounts Payable:● Process and verify invoices, ensuring all payments are accurate and timely.● Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.● Maintain accurate and organized records of all AP transactions.● Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.● Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.● Review and categorize daily credit card transactions.● Review and approve daily reimbursement requests.
reasury:● Report on daily cash receipts and support investigation as needed with cash posting team● Prepare journal entries for daily bank deposits● Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepanciesAdditional Duties:● Assist with the preparation of financial reports and audits as needed.● Support the finance team with various projects.● Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
