Design and implement highly scalable and robust applications in Java using Spring Boot and Event-Driven Architecture principles.
Lead the architecture and development of microservices using Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing.
Utilize AWS services, particularly Lambda and ECS, to deploy serverless and containerized applications.
Oversee the integration of APIs and web services, including SOAP and REST.
Ensure code quality through unit testing frameworks, specifically JUnit and Mockito.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage source control and CI/CD pipelines via GitHub.
Drive performance monitoring and tuning using Splunk and other application monitoring tools.
Implement SQL queries and manage data storage using S3 and relational databases.
What will help you succeed.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in Java development with strong backend architecture knowledge.
Required Technical Skills.
Event-Driven Architecture & Apache Kafka Java, Spring, Spring Boot Java Streams AWS (Cloud Providers) Git, GitHub (Version Control) AWS Lambda (Serverless) JUnit, Mockito (Java Unit Testing) ECS (Containers) Maven, Ant (Building/Packaging) SOAP & REST (Web Services and API) Splunk (Application Performance Monitoring) S3 (Object Storage) SQL (Basic Queries) IAM (Identity and Access Management) Proven experience in leading a team or project development, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience with cloud-native applications and microservices architecture, particularly within AWS.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Proactive and adaptable to changing project requirements and business needs.
