Come to IBM and make a global impact! Your Role and Responsibilities As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle, such as design, code implementation, testing, and support.
You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.
Your primary responsibilities include.
\u Envision, design, and build the Software infrastructure that keeps the solutions running.
\u Challenge ideas, identify problems and create efficient solutions.
\u Develop flexible, maintainable, and scalable application components.
\u Collaborate with development peers and lead the way staying up to date with tools and technology trends.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise Application Developer with hands on experience using Java v7 to 17 to build and deploy services using Springboot Framework with Gradle preferably, Familiar with Unit Testing frameworks like JUnit and tools like Postman, knowledgeable on Gitlab or Git Hub, Experience using Messaging frameworks like Apache Kafka preferably Extra points if you have experience using JSR or Spring Batch and/or if you have built and deployed services in Openshift and AWS Clouds Fluent conversational English Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise * Application Developer with hands on experience using Java v7 to 17 to build and deploy services using Springboot Framework with Gradle preferably, * Familiar with Unit Testing frameworks like JUnit and tools like Postman, knowledgeable on Gitlab or Git Hub, * Experience using Messaging frameworks like Apache Kafka preferably * Extra points if you have experience using JSR or Spring Batch and/or if you have built and deployed services in Openshift and AWS Clouds *English B2 / Advance C1
