ITC REPORTING & ANALYTICS SR SPECIALIST JOB DETAILS | KELLANOVA

If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the treasury team as an Invoice To Cash Data Analyst Lead.
You’ll Support the ITC function by providing Global Reporting tools to improve visibility, turning data into information and insights to support business decisions for the Invoice to Cash (ITC) Process.
Find innovative ways to gather, transform, prepare, model, deploy and present multiple data sources, using different tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau.
Collaborate with internal and external customers to identify trends that help teams perform root cause analyses and provide solutions to identify and resolve high level financial and efficiency and effectiveness needs.
Ensure the ongoing ITC reporting operation.
Good understanding of SAP ECC and BW, the relationship between the different tables for all regions’ Accounts Receivables module.
This hybrid   role is located in Quer é taro with the expectation to be in the office 3 days / 2 days at home office – subject to change.

Understand the logic and the process for cash application, deductions, and collections to translate business requirements into visualization practical tools, assessing technical requirements through the use of powerful analysis to match strategic business objectives and long term sustained solutions.
Innovation.
Identify and support ITC team improvement opportunities through data trending and analysis.
Consolidation.
Review and clean up of databases collaborating with IT, other GBS areas and 3rd party vendors to report and define strategy to the future of dashboards built in Tableau and new created to develop in Power BI.
Project Work.
Partner with internal and external customers ar all levels to identify trends, propose strategies and resolve business issues.
We’re Looking for Someone With   University degree in business or related.
Proven experience deploying reporting solutions in Excel, Tableau and Power BI or Python.
Systems and integrations.
Power tools, Autmate, Forms, Work Flows and Sharepoint as well as ERP.
SAP, HANA, ECC, BW.
Advanced English is required.
Accounting processes knowledge such as invoice to cash or source to pay.
Strong communication skills.
ability to work well with others in a team environment, work effectively in a multi-cultural environment and develop relationship at multiple levels across a global team in several time zone.
