What You’ll Do.
Optimize Office 365 Configurations.
Administer SharePoint sites, Exchange servers, and device management policies to enhance efficiency and security.
Advanced Troubleshooting.
Quickly resolve network issues, email disruptions, and software problems to keep systems running smoothly.
Ticket Management.
Provide prompt, thorough responses to all client requests and ensure that no inquiry goes unanswered.
Security & IT Policies.
Develop and enforce strong IT policies that prioritize system security and operational effectiveness.
Mentor IT Support Staff.
Lead and develop junior team members, driving improvements and fostering a proactive service culture.
System Enhancements.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve systems without waiting for direct instructions.
The Profile What You Bring.
Level 3 IT Expertise.
Extensive experience as a Level 3 IT Engineer with a readiness to grow into a leadership role.
Office 365 & Azure Mastery.
Advanced skills in managing Office 365 and Azure environments, with a strong foundation in cybersecurity.
Networking & Troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of networking principles and strong problem-solving skills.
Proactive Mindset.
Proven track record of proactive, self-directed work, with an eye for system improvements.
Exceptional Communication.
Fluent in English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Healthcare IT & Cybersecurity.
Experience in healthcare IT support and cybersecurity is a plus.
Additional Expectations.
Ticket Management Commitment.
Resolve at least 10 tickets per day, with consistent, proactive engagement in client interactions.
Global Experience Preferred.
Candidates with experience managing diverse or international environments are highly encouraged to apply.
