IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

You will assist your colleagues by providing escalated support of hardware, software assets, inventories, and desktops/laptops.
In addition to support, you will be a part of project teams for implementing new technology.
 Note.
This is a 100% on-site position at our office in Mexico City.
 What You Will Do.
Follow and build on policies revolving around accounts and onboarding practices Aid in requests and guidance from other team members on server and networking Build, configure and ship desktops/laptops and IT accessories in accordance with departmental standards Provide local and remote hardware and software support for Lionbridge users in North America based on ticket management in the Lionbridge helpdesk ticketing system Resolve user-identified problems through troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and solution implementation Diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain all hardware and software-related issues for users, on-site and remotely Assist in documenting IT technical instructions, processes, and procedures Ensure inventory and tracking system is always up to date   To Be Successful You Will Have.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in hardware and software support Strong customer service skills and ability to work well with all levels of the organization Experience with Active Directory, network connectivity devices, and server and server software management practices Experience with IT security best practices Understanding of ITIL fundamentals and practices Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team   In Return, You Can Expect.
