IT Bachelor Strong communication skills, teamwork and problem-solving capabilities Desired basic IT, network or cybersecurity certifications 2+ years of experience Knowledge Active Directory, Entra ID, security groups.
Basic Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, etc.
Basic servers Administration Technical support, Windows , Printers, internet connectivity.
Networking.
Firewalls, access rules, NAT rules, VPN.
Basic IP phone.
Structured cabling.
Advanced English (conversational) Responsibilities.
Windows Server Administration (Backups, hardware and software maintenance, application of updates).
Basic Active Directory and Entra ID administration.
Create users, manage groups.
User service and technical support Windows .
Printers, Internet, etc.
Backup plan and recovery strategies.
Antivirus administration.
Subnetting, addressing, DHCP, DNS, wireless networking, antennas, switch and router management.
Firewall management.
Basic IP telephony management.
Hardware and software inventory.
