Requisitos
Lic en informática o afín
Conocimiento práctico de las operaciones fundamentales del software, hardware y otros equipos relevantes.
Experiencia en la investigación, análisis e interpretación de problemas de sistemas automatizados.
Conocimiento de aplicaciones de seguimiento de llamadas relevantes.
Conocimiento y experiencia de las prácticas de servicio al cliente.
Experiencia y capacitación relacionadas en la resolución de problemas y en la prestación de soporte de la mesa de ayuda.
