En este rol, serás responsable de identificar, evaluar y contratar talento calificado en áreas clave de tecnología para satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros equipos internos.
Responsabilidades.
Gestionar el proceso completo de reclutamiento, desde la publicación de ofertas hasta la integración de nuevos empleados.
Colaborar con gerentes de contratación para comprender las necesidades y requisitos de talento.
Realizar entrevistas de preselección y evaluación técnica de candidatos.
Desarrollar estrategias de reclutamiento para atraer a profesionales altamente calificados en el sector IT.
Gestionar y mantener relaciones con proveedores de talento y agencias de reclutamiento.
Requisitos.
Experiencia previa en reclutamiento de perfiles IT, preferentemente en empresas tecnológicas.
Conocimiento en herramientas de reclutamiento y plataformas profesionales como LinkedIn y Computrabajo.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y bajo presión.
Dominio del inglés.
