Responsabilidades.
Funcionar como jefe de personal para garantizar la correcta implementación de la estrategia.
Colaborar con los ejecutivos y líderes comerciales departamentales/funcionales de TI para crear el plan de negocios para TI.
Analizar el entorno de TI externo para brindar un grupo común de suposiciones de planificación.
Trabajar con comunicaciones internas.
Administrar fusiones y adquisiciones y actividades de contratación.
Garantizar que la unidad de negocios cumpla o exceda los componentes de los acuerdos de nivel de servicios.
Resuelve temas variables y complejos con impacto potencial considerable.
Utilizar una profunda comprensión de conceptos y procedimientos dentro de la propia área y conocimiento básico de otras áreas para resolver problemas que tengan impacto más allá de la propia área.
Aplicar una profunda comprensión de cómo se integra la subfunción dentro de la tecnología y tener conciencia comercial.
Tener responsabilidad de administración total del equipo (incluida la administración de personal, presupuesto y planificación).
Realiza juicios evaluativos en función del análisis de información objetiva en situaciones complicadas y únicas; utiliza múltiples fuentes de información.
Tener impacto en el área a través de la responsabilidad de planificación, finanzas/presupuesto, resultados finales y establecimiento de políticas, y contribuir a las decisiones estratégicas.

Calificaciones.
Experiencia de más de 10 años en planificación de tecnología, con experiencia en gestión de personal.
Administración de presupuesto, gestión de riesgo y control, habilidades de influencia.
Educación.
Licenciatura/título universitario; preferentemente maestría.
Technology senior management-level position responsible of the Fixed Income, Repo and Money Markets technology solutions.
Reports to the GCB, Wealth, Markets and Fiduciary Technology head.
This role supports business strategy assuring compliance Front to Back to Risk with internal policies, local and global regulations and the architectural model defined for Markets FI/Repo/MM solution.
Position is responsible for the Markets (FI/Repo/MM) solution implementation and evolution while also ensuring stability, resilience, and soundness of the platforms.
Responsibilities.
Manage the FI/Repo/MM functional area and executes the strategic plans to support the function with responsibilities including management of people, budget and planning, performance evaluation.
Develop, define, and implement technology projects to meet FI/Repo/MM area strategies and goals and apply a broad and comprehensive understanding across the bank as well as underlying FI/Repo/MM management principles.
Knowhow, understanding and integration of the architecture that supports the business flow considering vendor standard solutions / platforms to support this financial product such as Murex, Calypso, Lumina.
Develop new concepts and approaches to solving issues to meet business requirements, incidents, and resiliency improvements for Markets Risk technology solutions under his/her responsibility.
Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated, unique and dynamic situations, drawing on diverse range of internal and external sources.
Work as a team to achieve objectives and influence and negotiate with peers across functions, communicating with external parties and regulators as needed.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding of the Bank, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Ensures business unit is meeting or exceeding components of service level agreements.
Resolves complex and varied issues with substantial potential impact.
Uses in depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues that have impact beyond own area.
Applies in depth understanding of how own sub function integrates within technology and has commercial awareness.
Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated and unique situations; uses multiple sources of information.
Impacts the area through responsibility for planning, finances/budget, end results, setting policies and contribution to strategic decisions.
Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.
Qualifications.
10+ years of experience in technology planning and development for applications for Financial Markets solutions (FI/Repo/MM) with 5 -8+ years’ experience in people management.
Proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Proven soft skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines.
Budget management, Risk & Control management, influencing skills.
Demonstrated proactivity, decisiveness, and adaptability.
Consistently able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Education.
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology related careers Master's degree preferred.
