\n Mandatory Requirements  \n \n Fluent English (Speaking & Writing) - Ability to communicate clearly with end-users and document escalations effectively.
\n Customer Service Experience (Preferred) - Prior experience in a support or service-oriented role is highly desired.
\n 2+ Years of IT Support Experience - Providing end-user support in a helpdesk or IT service desk environment.
\n Strong Communication Skills - Able to explain technical issues in simple terms, both verbally and in writing.
\n Troubleshooting & Multitasking - Ability to diagnose and resolve common technical issues while handling multiple tasks.
\n Ticketing System Experience - Familiarity with logging and tracking incidents in an ITSM tool.
\n Willing to rotate schedules monthly \u To cover different shifts as required by operational needs.
\n \n Technical Skills (Preferred)  \n \n ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools) - Experience handling tickets and basic incident management.
\n Windows OS & Microsoft 365 - Basic troubleshooting of Windows systems, Office Suite, and email-related issues.
\n Basic Networking Troubleshooting - Understanding of connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
\n Active Directory (Basic) - Ability to reset passwords and manage user accounts.
\n \n Soft Skills & Work Ethic  \n \n Problem-Solving Attitude - Takes initiative to find solutions and escalate when necessary.
\n Attention to Detail - Ensures accurate documentation and follows up on cases.
\n Team Player - Works well with peers and escalates appropriately to T2 when needed.
\n Willingness to Learn - Open to training and developing technical skills to grow within the role.
