designs, develops, tests, and implements secure, scalable, reliable, and maintainable databases for application software.
assists development staff to ensure application data integrity.
essential functions.
oracle/mssql database in aix, linux and windows environments.
data replication and data protection.
software development methodologies, lifecycle, and best practices.
proficiency with pl/sql.
working with oracle database 12c, 19c|proficiency with shell scripting (unix, powershell).
familiarity with oracle enterprise mgr (oem) and/or sql mgmt studio.
additional functions.
proactively identifies opportunities to improve application performance, methodologies, processes or other areas of application delivery performance.
proactively communicates issues and status as required.
perform other duties as assigned.
