We are seeking iOS software engineers to join our Global Technology team in Mexico City for our IT Innovation Center, which serves a global leader in the food industry. As a Software Engineer III, reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager and Chapter Lead, you will drive the execution of our forwardlooking Digital Technologies vision alongside Product Management and Architecture teams. Youll also play a key role in mentoring Software Engineer II team members, guiding them in best practices and fostering their growth towards a lead proficiency. This dual emphasis on mentorship and skill development underscores our commitment to cultivating talent and promoting continuous growth and excellence in technology.

Responsibilities
Contribute across the entire agile development lifecycle design, development, documentation, testing, and operations.
Play a pivotal role in defining, envisioning, designing, and developing product features from inception to deployment.
Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain innovative software solutions that enhance service performance, durability, costefficiency, and security.
Utilize software engineering best practices to ensure highquality deliverables.
Thrive in an agile, startuplike environment focused on highpriority tasks.

Qualifications
6y of professional software development experience outside of internships.
Extensive programming experience with Swift, ObjectiveC, and iOS platform technologies and APIs.
2.5y contributing to architecture and design including design patterns, reliability, and scaling of both new and existing systems.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong grasp of Computer Science fundamentals objectoriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to solve complex problems in a collaborative, fastpaced environment.
Demonstrated leadership skills promoting operational excellence and best practices.
Highly analytical with a commitment to building outstanding customer experiences.
Meticulous attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
Ability to manage projects from scoping requirements to delivery.
