As a Software Engineer II, reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager and Chapter Lead, you will drive the execution of our forward-looking Digital Technologies vision alongside Product Management and Architecture teams.
You'll also play a key role in mentoring Software Engineer I team members, guiding them in best practices and fostering their growth towards Software Engineer III proficiency.
This dual emphasis on mentorship and skill development underscores our commitment to cultivating talent and promoting continuous growth and excellence in technology.
Responsibilities.
Contribute across the entire agile development lifecycle.
design, development, documentation, testing, and operations.
Play a pivotal role in defining, envisioning, designing, and developing product features from inception to deployment.
Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain innovative software solutions that enhance service performance, durability, cost-efficiency, and security.
Utilize software engineering best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Thrive in an agile, startup-like environment focused on high-priority tasks.
Qualifications.
2y+ of professional software development experience outside of internships.
Extensive programming experience with Swift, Objective-C, and iOS platform technologies and APIs.
1y+ contributing to architecture and design (including design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of both new and existing systems.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong grasp of Computer Science fundamentals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to solve complex problems in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership skills promoting operational excellence and best practices.
