You will manage Invoice to Cash (ITC) processes, ensuring accurate coding and documentation of deductions while supporting strategic objectives at WK Kellogg.
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING   Accurately code deductions and attach proper documentation.
Meet and exceed ITC SLA’s and KPI’s, resolving coding gaps through root cause analysis.
Collaborate with internal and external customers, providing solutions to enhance processes.
Drive continuous improvement, challenge the norm, and innovate to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with ITC policies, GAAP, SOX, audit requirements, and SLAs.
Maintain a strong focus on performance metrics and customer satisfaction.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in collections, deductions, or cash application.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
Experience with SAP is highly desirable.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
