INVOICE TO CASH ANALYST (ACCOUNTS PAYABLE)
Descripción de la oferta de empleo
En este rol híbrido (3 días en nuestra nueva oficina y 2 días trabajando desde casa), impulsarás pagos oportunos, resolverás deducciones y colaborarás estrechamente con clientes y equipos internos para asegurar un flujo de efectivo fluido y el cumplimiento de métricas clave.
Lo que harás.
Ser el principal punto de contacto para los clientes asignados, entendiendo sus necesidades y dando seguimiento a facturas y pagos.
Resolver cuentas por cobrar vencidas y deducciones, trabajando con equipos internos y compradores externos.
Analizar tendencias para mejorar procesos y optimizar las operaciones de ITC.
Contribuir a proyectos de mejora continua y mejoras en los sistemas.
Lo que aportarás.
Licenciatura y más de 1 año de experiencia en cobranzas, deducciones o atención al cliente.
Dominio de sistemas ERP y MS Office.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés y una mentalidad enfocada en el cliente.
