Develop collaborative relationships and openly communicate on work matters with internal teams.
Effectively interact with internal teams to keep them informed on progress and ensure they carry out any required actions.
Qualifications The Requirements 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Good understanding of the core capabilities and processes that underpin a global asset management business (Portfolio Construction and modelling, Order Management, Trade Execution, Compliance, Risk, and Performance) Good understanding of multiple asset classes (including ETD and OTC derivatives, Loans, Private Assets, etc.) Experience with platforms/system functionality that support the core asset management capabilities used by Investment teams Demonstrable Business Analysis skills with the ability to define and document business requirements to a high standard.
Confidence to engage in discussions with colleagues across the investment, operations, change and technology functions.
Problem-solving ability within a complex environment.
Good technical knowledge and ability to translate between IT and the business.
Awareness of full project life cycle including defining user requirements, defining test scenarios and user acceptance testing.
Reasonable understanding of investment theory/process.
Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Advanced oral and written communication skills in English is a must.
Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a team environment.
Disciplined working style.
Additional Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications that will help Experience working in an asset manager or similar organization, with experience working directly with Investment teams Experience working with external vendors / third-party suppliers is also beneficial.
Experience with SimCorp Dimension platform or similar.
