The ideal candidate will have proven experience in executing complex M&A transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and restructurings.
This position requires strong analytical skills, in-depth market knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Main responsabilities.
Execute M&A Transactions.
ctively participate in all phases of M&A transactions, from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
Manage the due diligence process, document preparation, and negotiation of terms.
Advanced Financial Analysis and Modeling.
evelop complex financial models to evaluate transactions, including discounted cash flow analysis, company valuations, comparable multiples, and scenario analysis.
Preparation of Presentation Materials.
reate pitchbooks, due diligence reports, confidential information memorandums, and client presentations that summarize the strategic and financial value of M&A opportunities.
Market and Industry Research.
onduct detailed market and industry research to identify key trends, synergies, and potential risks for transactions.
Client Relationship Management.
aintain close relationships with clients, advising them on strategic M&A opportunities and guiding them through the negotiation and deal-closing process.
Main requirements.
Education.
achelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience.
years of specific experience in M&A within investment banking, private equity, strategic consulting, or related fields.
Experience with cross-border transactions is an advantage.
Technical Skills.
dvanced proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint Communication and Presentation Skills.
bility to draft and present reports clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
Exceptional skills in negotiation and relationship-building.
