Sourcing and Due Diligence.
Source and create a database of startups that can be invited into the program, to be maintained throughout the duration of the engagement.
Identify and recruit at least 100 startups that best fit the program thesis.
Prepare and take part in semi-final selection and final selection processes.
Interview companies, analyze pros and cons of each candidate, and share recommendations for the composition of the final cohort.
Conduct initial screening and due diligence calls with up to 15 semi-finalist companies.
Develop a briefing book.
raft the initial briefing book with relevant information on the 15 semi-finalist.
Review the final program briefing book.
Prepare and lead internal and external selection calls to provide insights for the companies interviewed.

Financial Coaching.
Update, adapt, and implement financial sessions to the cohort, included, but not limited to.
ntroduction to Financial Statements.
Term sheets negotiations.
Introduction to convertibles.
Exit Strategy.
Engage with companies in both group and individual (1.
) sessions to;Request and review their financial information.
Go through their financial narratives (projections, unit economics, revenue model, financial models and fundraising statements) and give feedback, guidance, and ways entrepreneurs can improve the financial narratives in order to achieve their objectives (fundraising, cost optimization, etc.).

rogram Design and Implementation Facilitate an assigned set of virtual and/or in-person sessions.
Design and develop a workshop’s content/slides for assigned sessions.
Prepare and take part in semi-finalist and finalist selection, providing an analysis of the pros and cons of the companies you’ve interviewed.
Create one-pagers for external distribution for every company you interview.
Provide guidance and consulting for cohort companies who request support during the course of the program, including coaching for investor pitching sessions.
Assist in the mentor/investor matching process with cohort companies.

Mentor Engagement and Database.
Support in the sourcing of potential mentors, including healthcare-focused investors, organizations, and industry leaders.
ource 100 mentors for outreach, identifying and noting focus areas and areas of expertise.
Work with the program team to review and clean the mentor sourcing spreadsheet and mentor database.
The Profile The contractor should be experienced in financial modeling and analysis, especially for early-stage companies, have good knowledge of the ecosystem in the LatAm region, and have working proficiency in English and Spanish.
