ur LatAm team is currently looking for a contractor for the next 8 months to provide support in implementing the accelerator program Greentech , by leading recruitment and selection processes and providing financial advisory sessions to a cohort of early-stage startups with innovative solutions to accelerate sustainable development.
he contractor should be experienced in financial analysis, especially with early-stage companies, have good knowledge of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Latin American region, have a working proficiency in English, and preferably have direct entrepreneurship experience.
cope of WorkThe contractor is expected to complete the following deliverables.

Sourcing and Selection.
evelop an entrepreneur sourcing strategy document, including.
onducting market research and analysis to understand market needs, available solutions, and existing business models in the impact sector space in the region.
elping define and finalize start-up eligibility criteria for the program based on market trends and gaps.
reating and maintaining a central sourcing spreadsheet.
inding diverse networks, including entrepreneur support organizations (ESOs), that are contributing to the start-up ecosystem in the region.
dentify and recruit high-potential companies to apply to the program.
onduct initial screening and due diligence on companies, and a brief to report on your findings.

Financial Narratives Support.
ngage with companies in both group and individual (1.
) sessions to.
equest and review their financial information.
o through their financial narratives (projections, unit economics, etc.) and give feedback, guidance, and ways entrepreneurs can improve the financial narratives in order to achieve their objectives (fundraising, cost optimization, etc.).

Program Design and Implementation.
acilitate an assigned set of virtual and/or in-person sessions.
esign and develop a workshop's content/slides for assigned sessions.
repare and take part in semi-finalist and finalist selection, providing analysis of the pros and cons of the companies you've interviewed.
reate one-pagers for external distribution, for every company you interview.
rovide guidance and consulting for cohort companies who request support during the course of the program, including coaching for investor pitching sessions.
ssist in the mentor/investor matching process with cohort companies.

Mentor and Investor Engagement Strategy.
