Your Purpose  As a Junior Compliance Analyst, you’ll be assisting the Compliance Team in managing internal alerts in relation to KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation, PEPs (Politically Exposed Persons), Transaction Monitoring, and other compliance related issues.
Reports To Interim Chief Compliance Officer Who You Are  Proven English fluency.
At least 2-3 years of professional experience in Compliance Standards and AML/CFT regulation in the financial services and crypto industry.
Bachelor’s degree, Compliance related certifications or AML blockchain forensics qualification.
Strong ability to conduct in-depth investigations.
Self-starter, work with minimal guidance and focus on high-impact work.
Strong communication skills to effectively communicate your ideas to others in English.

Ability to move from task to task depending on what takes priority What You Will Do  Perform due diligence related activities, including monitoring, alert investigation, and case escalation.
Conduct investigations in relation to Money Laundering and Fraud Verification of customer information and conduct of 'due diligence' reviews, as part of the Money Laundering Prevention policy.
Analysis of unusual patterns or suspicious activities, Participate in internal and external audits.
General knowledge of PLD/FT Regulations and Best Practices (local and international).
Knowledge of PEPs and what documentation and information is required for designation Assist in local and international authority requirements Assist the Compliance team in projects Work side by side with the Customer Support team in order to resolve critical queries from our customers.
