What does the role involve? Proactively grow the profitable sales of Hilti solutions to a defined portfolio of Accounts within the Energy industry through promoting additional services and value engineered solutions.
Plan and execute appropriate activities to new customer groups to ensure the rapid and accelerated introduction of Hilti solutions and prepare for future market developments Work with key decision makers (principally Engineers) to secure specifications, technical approvals and recommendations for Hilti products and facilitate cross functional relationships between these key contacts and the technical sales force at Hilti.

What you need is.
Proven success in Petrochemical, Power and/ or Heavy Industry business preferred across 6 –10 years Able to define and implement long term business strategy Strategic mindset with ability to apply innovative thinkingto resolve issues Engineering (Civil and or Mechanical Background) with strong Commercial or business capabilities Experience with large customer accounts andbe able to penetrate at various levels of the organization Experienced and confident in facilitating face-to-face sessions to audience at all job levels Strong communication and interpersonal skills working in a fast-paced commercial environment involving multiple key stakeholders Why should you apply?
