We are looking for a talented INTERCOMPANY ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST – TEMPORARY (12 MONTHS) to join our team specializing in FINANCE for our company CUMMINS in San Luis Potosí, SLP, México.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways.
Recording of invoices in accounts payable; Payment record; Record receipts; Reconciliation between bank statements and payment and receipt information; Accounting reconciliation; Accounting policies; Invoice corrections with Accounts Payable error; Preparation of financial reports and statistical reports; Preparation of analysis and reports for the accounts payable team.
Recommend changes in methods and processes based on prepared analyses.
Solving moderately complex accounts payable issues and issues.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with other Finance work teams and disciplines.
Execution of special projects assigned.
Record invoices, payments and receipts in accounts payable.
Reconciliation between bank statements and payment and receipt information.
Accounting reconciliation and accounting policies.
Correction of invoices with errors in accounts payable.
Preparation of financial reports.
To be successful in this role you will need the following.
Knowledge of financial activities Record accounting policies Accounting Accounts Receivable or Payable Knowledge (Desirable) Financial knowledge in intercompany transactions (Desirable) Advanced conversational and written English Qualifications Main Areas of Interaction.
Finance and interaction with business units in Mexico and other countries with global operations.
Additional Requirements.
This position is temporary for 12 months.
