As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling General & Life Insurance policies to our customers.
You will also be responsible for coordinating with our internal stakeholders / clients and mobilize / generate the Insurance business Responsibilities.
Building a strong relationship with the new and existing clients.
ducating clients about the various insurance policies such as life, motor, health, and group workmen compensation policies and many others.
dvising the clients on which insurance policy they need to purchase.
ommunicating with the clients and maintaining a good rapport with them.
nswering questions of the client based on insurance policies.
dentifying the risk involvements based on the client's requirements.
nalyzing the clients present policies and recommending changes if needed.
nsuring the company rules and regulations are formulated accordingly.
aintaining clients records on a monthly basis.
reparing and presenting reports for the higher authorities.
andling insurance policies renewals.
xpanding clients base by communicating with the clients.
taying abreast of the latest trends in the insurance industry.
upporting clients during policy claim conditions Requirements Bachelors degree or Minimum Plus 2 in any specialization.
orking experience as an Insurance Sales Representative or a similar position in the Sales department.
xcellent understanding and knowledge of various insurance policies.
emonstrate ability to deal with different personalities.
ood communication skills.
nowledge in Microsoft Office.
