We’re looking for ambitious Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to join our team and drive client success for a digital powerhouse known for redefining search, advertising, and the digital experience.
What You’ll Do.
As an ISR, you’ll be at the forefront of helping existing clients maximize their potential with advanced digital solutions.
Your role will involve nurturing relationships, expanding product usage, and ensuring our clients make the most of technology that connects, empowers, and scales with their businesses.
What will you do? Lead a customer outreach process that will include calls and emails with the intent of building and managing external customer relationships with continued account support Work with existing customers to build brand awareness and increase their usage and spend with the client brand we represent (note client name if we can use the client’s name in the job posting) Use client provided and self- guided training resources to stay up to date on knowledge of the produc Use data to manage, review and report on pipeline to manager each week, which includes a forecast and plan to achieve targets Attain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets Record customer interactions and engagement in CRM Build and manage both Internal client team and external client counterpart relationships Prepare and run regularly scheduled performance reviews monthly/quarterly/yearly with internal client peers and leadership Use data to drive planning and success Internally and externally provide customer sentiment insights including product feedback, key industry learnings, etc Skills & Qualifications.
Previous experience with account management or prior experience in sales or technology preferred Strong time and project management organizational skills Proficiency with using Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites Demonstrated ability to build relationships Strong written and verbal presentation skills Advanced English proficiency (At least C1) Experience with setting and exceeding sales goals Able to multi-task, manage time effectively and adapt to change Able to analyze and interpret data to develop and implement strategic plans is preferred If you’re ready to help businesses thrive with technology that has become essential worldwide, apply today and start making an impact with a brand that redefines digital possibilities!   Benefits & Perks.
