Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
Proven track record in customer service or inside sales roles.
Fluent in English written and spoken with excellent communication skills.
Strong phone presence and the ability to engage customers over the phone.
Experience in the logistics industry is preferred minimum of 1 year.
Selfmotivated and targetdriven.
Ability to work remotely and adapt to a flexible work environment.
Must be based in Mexico.
