Descripción del puesto We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our sales team in qualifying leads, introducing our company and products, and managing customer relationships throughout the sales process.
This role is essential in driving sales growth and maintaining strong connections with both end customers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities.
• Lead Qualification.
Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential leads through research and outreach efforts.
• Product Introduction.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our products and the mission of Authentic Taste to prospective clients.
• Scheduling Discovery Meetings.
Coordinate and schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team to explore opportunities and demonstrate product value.
• Sampling Process Follow-Up.
Ensure the sampling process is successful by following up with clients and providing virtual assistance when necessary to confirm customer satisfaction.
• Order Management.
Work diligently to secure re-order or supplementary purchase orders (POs) and maintain ongoing communication with clients to facilitate the process.
• Relationship Management.
Develop and nurture relationships throughout client organizations, ensuring regular follow-ups to assess their needs and satisfaction.
• Customer Service Excellence.
Ensure outstanding customer service by being proactive and attentive, so that no customer has to ask for anything.
• Inventory Monitoring.
Maintain accurate records of product inventory levels and communicate with clients to manage their par levels effectively.
• CRM Utilization.
Use our proprietary CRM system to track interactions, manage customer data, and support continuous sales growth across accounts.
Requisitos Qualifications.
• Proven experience in Sales and understand Marketing.
• Proven experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the food manufacturing or CPG industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• A proactive attitude and a passion for innovation.
• Self-imposed high-quality expectations and proactiveness as a standard.
