INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES.
· Practice active listening skills to understand potential clients' needs and pain points in outbound calls.
· Customize sales pitches and presentations to resonate with the specific interests and concerns of each prospect as an ice-breaker.
· Meet or exceed daily call quotas, making a minimum of 50 contacts daily to clients (subject to changes).
· Offer a survey at the end of each call, aiming to collect a minimum of 10 survey responses (subject to changes) per month.
· Proactively seek out potential clients to build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads to create a personal portfolio.
· Close sales by effectively presenting product benefits, addressing customer concerns, and negotiating terms.
· Achieve a minimum of 3 sales per month (subject to changes) contributing to team monthly goals.
· Use the Zoho CRM system to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
· Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering ongoing support and guidance beyond the initial sale.
· Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, demonstrating attentiveness and a commitment to resolving issues effectively.
· Develop personalized follow-up strategies based on the specific needs and preferences of each prospect.
· Schedule follow-up calls or meetings at convenient times for prospects, demonstrating flexibility and respect for their time.
· Use email marketing or drip campaigns to stay top-of-mind with prospects and nurture leads over time.
· Build trust and rapport with clients through authenticity and empathy.
· Highlight the unique selling points and benefits of our products, focusing on how they can add value to the client's business or life.
· Customize product demonstrations to showcase features and functionalities most relevant to the client's needs and preferences.
REQUIREMENTS.
· High School Diploma · Proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
· Extensive experience in cold-calling and outbound sales techniques.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a minimum of 85% proficiency in English.
· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
· Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, CRM software, and other sales-related tools.
· Strong proactive attitude and demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
· A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection effectively.
