he mission of the Inside Sales Representative for All BUs is to maximize revenue by establishing, building, and nurturing relationships with an assigned portfolio of Proximity Accounts and leads.
In addition to account ownership, this position may be responsible for managing tasks related to Strategic and Targeted Accounts by delegation from outside sales.

ustomer qualification and platformingResearch contacts and identify/plan key initiativesBe the Single Point of Contact for the assigned accountsDevelop and maintain relationships with customersAnswer customer questions and educate on all Schneider Electric offers and solutionsReport on sales and margin of accountsAnalyze and qualify opportunities in our CRMMeet daily goals for outbound sales calls to support existing customer base and identify and pursue new opportunitiesTake inbound calls and e-mails to support existing customer baseDevelop cross-selling between Line of Business offersTransfer new product sales opportunities to Account ManagersQuote and close deals for standard offersCoordinate with field teams and product teams as neededKeep updated data of Installed Base of customersDocument all records of customer history in our CRMRespond on-time and on-quality to On-demand requests from customersQualificationsEducation.
Bachelor/Associate degree in Electrical EngineeringExperience.
2 years in IS/Field Service Representative/Customer Care/SalesSoft skills.
Sales-oriented, results-oriented, daring, passionate, team player, organized, resilient, clear voice, engaging, and enthusiasticLanguage skills.
Native speaker level for local context, fluent in EnglishSkills and Competency.
