About the Role In this opportunity as an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible to.
Handle incoming calls to sell print products.
Qualify leads based on established criteria to generate interest in purchasing.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up with prospects and maintain engagement.
Develop and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
Prospect for new sales opportunities.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with relevant teams.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and priorities.
Respond to non-standard requests and explain complex issues clearly.
About You Youâre a fit for the role if your background includes.
Bachelor's degree.
Fluent English.
Proficiency in cross-selling and upselling techniques.
Strong skills in sales prospecting and pipeline development.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and check for understanding.
Ability to respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions.
Mid-level professional with knowledge in a technical discipline related to print products.
Ability to identify and resolve standard technical and operational problems.
Suggest process improvements based on investigative and analytic skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Set priorities to meet deadlines and develop plans for short-term objectives.
