Importante empresa internacional líder en soluciones, está en busca de un Ingeniero IT de Soporte Técnico para unirse a su equipo. El candidato ideal contará con habilidades técnicas avanzadas y un dominio funcional del inglés, brindando soporte a usuarios internos y externos en una variedad de plataformas y aplicaciones.
Requisitos
Formación Carrera en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Tecnologías de la Información o afines.
Experiencia De 1 a 2 años en soporte técnico o áreas relacionadas.
Idiomas Inglés avanzado
Conocimientos técnicos
Bases de datos SQL.
Suite de Microsoft Office
Administración de sistemas Windows.
Competencias deseadas
Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y atención al cliente.
Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas técnicos.
Organización y manejo eficiente del tiempo.
