We're looking for an Information Security Manager to manage projects and coordinate and collaborate with technology, operations, and product teams.

What you’ll be doing   Monitoring and improving security controls Assessing initiatives that require relevant IT changes Identifying dependencies, potential impact, and risks, ensuring they've been satisfactorily analysed, tested, and managed Collaborating on larger change and transformation programmes, taking ownership of appropriate tasks and providing input as required Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper-growth Leading and executing projects end to end Producing data-driven service performance and risk reports, based on a solid set of monitoring metrics (SLAs, KRIs, BCIs) Resolving issues with management and stakeholders   What you'll need   Knowledge of regulatory and security requirements, including cybersecurity, outsourcing, risk management, and data risk Knowledge of Mexican Payment System (SPEI, SPID) regulatory, security, technology, and infrastructure requirements In-depth knowledge of project management methods and principles SQL skills The ability to break complex problems into smaller ones and to enjoy working with data Excellent risk-awareness and an understanding of risk management frameworks, in particular “3 Lines of Defence” financial services model Fluency in English   Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
