We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Snr.
Consultant to join our team in Mexico, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).
Role.
Engineering Support Level 2/Level 3 - Appbank   Responsibilities.
Investigate and drive support resolution with Boltweb engineering teams.
Serve as point of escalation for support issues from FICC Boltweb.
Help to define and improve runtime while enhancing Boltweb support platform and Application Become Support SME and help improving service elasticity, resiliency and recovery times.
Improve SDLC / Continuous Delivery OKRs such as increasing release cadence and reducing incident rates.
Create documentation and code snippets to share with L1 internal engineering teams       Key criteria.
Bachelor’s degree (U.

or equivalent) and 3+ years of software development experience.
Must be comfortable coding in Java or similar programming language, debugging, writing quality-of-life snippets, writing scripts for debugging and updates and familiarity with Linux bash scripting..
Must be clear, empathetic communicator.
Must be willing to execute on support issues while also building out the function and automating repeat issues.
Ability to identify corner cases, add validations will help us understand problem solving ability.
Knowledge of standard support ticketing, prioritization and SDLC processes and tools Gitlab, incident management, jira etc.
Preferred Skills/Experience.
Experience with configuring monitoring and alerting solutions (e.

Prometheus, PagerDuty) Experience with configuring service mesh solutions/grids (e.

Itsio) Experience with Kubernetes networking configuration (e.

Contour / Envoy) Experience with infra as code (e.
