This position reports to Quality Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will support us in ensuring and optimizing our internal integrated system and audit processes.
You will empower teams to assess risks and drive improvements through targeted actions.
Contribute your expertise to ensure efficient and documented processes and successful certifications for our ABB site in Ratingen.
• Support the implementation of internal controls to verify process compliance and ensure that control plans are effectively implemented and risks are successfully minimized • Empower and guide employees to maintain and redesign processes, assess opportunities and risks from an IMS perspective • Helping local teams apply an operational approach and process management system that are continually evaluated for effectiveness • Performing audits and using analytics to identify risks, failures and non-conformances, and assisting in applying corrective and preventive action • Providing IMS-training to local teams, enabling them to define and document processes that are efficient and under control • Support and leading activities regarding certifications and audits Qualifications for the role Successfully completed (technical) university degree in an engineering science (e.

mechanical engineering), ideally with a focus on IMS - alternatively completed technical vocational training including additional qualifications in the field of IMS Relevant experience in working with integrated management systems and as a quality specialist (f/m/d) Experience in conducting internal audits and certifications Knowledge of the DIN, DIN, DIN, DIN, DIN standards A cooperative, solution-oriented way of working and good written and spoken communication skills Fluency in German and English What's in it for you?
