We are currently searching for a Hybrid Java Tech Lead.
Responsibilities Desarrollo de aplicaciones web y stand-alone desde cero, incluyendo análisis de código, mantenimiento, modelado de datos y soluciones.
Proponer y crear cadenas batch nuevas utilizando CTRL-M, así como mejorar las existentes.
Levantamiento y seguimiento de tickets de servicio en Service Now.
Participación activa en ceremonias Scrum y mejora en la gestión de tareas usando Jira.
Manejo de liberaciones durante fines de semana, aproximadamente una vez al mes.
Requirements 1 a 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo con Java y Python.
Conocimientos en Middlewares JBoss y WAS.
Experiencia en creación y mejora de procesos batch con CTRL-M.
Conocimiento y experiencia en el uso de Jira y JQL (Jira Query Language).
Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y resolver problemas, con disposición para escalar situaciones cuando sea necesario.
Desired Inglés básico en adelante.
Español nativo.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
