HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST

Por qué te necesitamos? The HR Specialist provides support to the Shared Services Human Resources team.
Critical to this position is the ability to be innovative with proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations.
The position will work cross-functionally and collaboratively within HR, Payroll, and Technical Support teams.
Various functions of the role will include payroll, compensation, total rewards, policy deployment, compliance, project management, and immigration support.
Key responsibilities include.
Provide day-to-day HR support for assigned client groups, which is inclusive of on-boarding, off-boarding, LOA management, retirements, maintaining personnel files, and immigration Research and troubleshoot employee questions through collaboration with Payroll, HRIS, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and other internal teams Assist HR Managers with projects throughout the HR calendar year (annual review, bonus, merit, data scrubs, engagement survey preparation and presentations, succession planning presentations, etc.) Accurately create ECNs, position codes, and payroll calculations for HR Coordinator to process Assist with HR Orientation facilitation Serve as back-up to HR Coordinator for payroll and data entry, Invoice processing, in-office mail, etc.
Develop annual calendar for team communications and reporting and send reminders as necessary Create communication and deployment plan for annual HR events such as Benefits Open Enrollment, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Bonus & Merit, and ad hoc requests Own UKG system for Shared Services population, including updates, audits, and overtime payroll processing Ensure data in HRIS (PeopleSoft) is accurate and maintained Run and handle Boost reports quarterly to prepare for CSR audit and serve as annual CSR campaign owner Run monthly reports for Security, GAIA, Headcount, and Gathering Tool ¿Es este trabajo para ti? Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is required 3+ years working in a complex HR organization is required Experience working with HRIS and reporting Strong communicator both written and verbal to support team communications and client groups Ability to handle a high volume of fast paced work efficiently an independently Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to make decisions within policy guidelines Experience in applying and following established procedures and work instructions to complete day to day responsibilities, which are generally well-defined and straight-forward, but require relatively frequent deviations.
