Orbia is hiring for a remote (HR Information Technology Specialist) to be based in LATAM, or the United States !   Job Summary/ Purpose The HRIT Specialist is a crucial role within Orbia, responsible for managing and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors platform, with a focus on Employee Central (EC), Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and Talent modules.
This role requires a deep understanding of HR systems to ensure seamless integration and operation across all Orbia business groups and countries.
The successful candidate will collaborate with global teams to enhance user experience and support strategic HR initiatives.
Main Responsibilities Oversee and manage the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, Role-Based Permissions, and various Talent modules.
Act as a key liaison between HR and IT departments, ensuring that HR systems align with business needs and compliance standards.
Conduct system upgrades and enhancements to improve user experience and system efficiency.
Present project updates to stakeholders and team members, ensuring all parties are informed of progress and changes.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on SAP SuccessFactors modules including Performance & Goals, Recruiting Management, and more.
Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and administration of SAP SuccessFactors, in alignment with HR strategies and operational needs.
Provide second level support for SAP SuccessFactors inquiries and troubleshoot system issues.
Administer reporting tools, ensuring the availability of accurate and timely analytics and dashboards for decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge/ Experience Required Education.
Bachelor’s degree in computer systems Engineering or Information Technology.
SAP Certification in Employee Central and/or other relevant SuccessFactors modules is preferred.
Language(s) and level of proficiency.
English.
High proficiency Spanish - advantage Knowledge/Experience.
Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including hands-on expertise in Employee Central, Role-Based Permissions, and Talent modules.
Proven ability to lead projects involving system implementations and upgrades.
In-depth knowledge of HR processes and data structures.
Advanced proficiency in problem-solving and technical troubleshooting.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, global environment.
