HRBP MANAGER - FIXED TERM

Netflix is recruiting for an HR Business Partner Manager who will partner closely with several leaders and teams within our LATAM region (Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil).
It’s important to note that the type of hiring for this role is temporal/fixed to 8 months, as it covers a leave of absence.
The focus of this role is to efficiently partner with the business, implement talent priorities at scale and across the region, coach employees at all levels and influence to enable our teams to accomplish amazing things.

The Netflix HRBP role is unique in the sense that you’ll be responsible for advising decisions on organization design, compensation, employee development, talent density, inclusion, and much more.
In this role, leading, demonstrating, redefining, and modeling the Netflix culture is a top priority.

In addition to coaching and development of leaders and their incoming teams, this individual will need to have the ability to influence across the business as well as with cross-functional talent partners.
