This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sourcing top talent, managing HR processes, and fostering a compliant, engaging workplace culture.
R & Recruitment Specialist, Job Responsibilities.
Talent Sourcing.
Utilize platforms such as Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, Behance, GitHub, Indeed, Computrabajo, and niche job boards to identify top technical and specialized talent.
Pipeline Management.
Build and maintain a pool of pre-qualified candidates for critical roles to meet current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Assessment.
Conduct structured interviews (competency-based, behavior-based, and video-based) to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
Collaboration.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide strategic recommendations for effective hiring decisions.
ATS Management.
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline workflows and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Onboarding and Compliance.
Oversee onboarding processes, including legal paperwork, contracts, and compliance with labor laws.
HR Administration.
Manage key HR tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, HRIS updates, and maintaining accurate HR documentation to meet audit and compliance standards.
Policy Adherence.
Ensure workplace policies align with local labor laws and support a compliant, inclusive work environment.
