This role will focus on maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with required documentation, and supporting HR operations through reporting, audits, and system management via BambooHR.
The ideal candidate is meticulous, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
R Operations Specialist, Responsibilities.
RIS Management.
Maintain and update employee records in BambooHR, ensuring all data is accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and regulations.
Track required documentation and proactively address gaps or errors in employee records.
Manage the list of data discrepancies, identify data gaps, and partner with HR to correct issues.
Onboarding and Employee Documentation.
Facilitate onboarding processes by sending hiring documents and managing the completion of required forms.
Execute core HR processes, including documentation for new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes to employment status.
Reporting and Audits.
Generate reports and conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Manage security access for HR systems and ensure adherence to company data security policies.
Process Improvement and Support.
Support special projects requiring a high level of detail and accuracy.
Partner with HR leadership to streamline processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
