Streamline onboarding.
Manage every aspect of the onboarding journey, from scheduling to document verification and coordinating initial training.
Stay connected.
Keep candidates informed and engaged with timely communication, guiding them through each step until onboarding is complete.
Ensure compliance.
Provide candidates with the medical test information and clearances they need, ensuring compliance with all pre-employment requirements.
Collaborate for success.
Work hand-in-hand with the home care company’s management to improve and optimize the onboarding and recruitment workflow.
Track your progress.
Use the company’s software (don’t worry—we’ll train you!) to organize and manage all applicant data.
Take on challenges.
Contribute to other HR projects and tasks as we tackle and reduce the current backlog of candidates.
The Profile What You Bring.
Recruitment experience in healthcare.
You’ve worked in recruiting or HR, ideally in the home care or healthcare field, and know the importance of fast, efficient hiring in high-volume environments.
Organizational superpowers.
You’re a master at juggling multiple tasks while ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Bilingual communication.
You’re skilled at engaging with candidates in both written and spoken communication—and being bilingual is essential.
Tech-savvy.
Experience with online platforms like Indeed or ZipRecruiter is a big plus.
Familiarity with Arla? Even better, though we’ll train you if you haven’t used it before.
Attention to detail.
You’ve got a proven track record of following through with precision.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Whether over text, phone, or email, you excel at building professional relationships and keeping candidates engaged.
