Responsibilities The Opportunity PepsiCo is beginning a transformation journey within Workforce Management (WFM).
With it’s global reach, the scale and impact to our frontline employees and leaders is significant, with an opportunity to continue to elevate the employee experience.
We are establishing a team to build, deploy and sustain the deployment of a new technology platform, at the same time of evolving ways of working and strengthening WFM capability.
Provide sector PMO leadership as part of the PepsiCo global WFM program structure.
The PMO Manager aligns the program’s methods and tools, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and monitors teams to make sure goals and objectives are being met.
The PMO Solutions Manager maintains knowledge of a larger landscape while managing granular details, tracks project health, stays alert for risk, and supports issue resolution.
The PMO team also maintains standards and monitors scope with project quality.
Your Impact As HR Manager WFMyour scope would consist of Lead the Governance of Methods and Tools for PepsiCo’s Workforce Management program including the implementation of UKG Dimensions for PepsiCo Beverages North America sales, supply chain and delivery functions.
Govern the software delivery methodology (Agile & Waterfall) and technology to ensure processes are being followed Partner with PepsiCo Global Governance teams and cross-functional Senior Leadership to create metric reports and keep User Stories updated Ensure accuracy of program metric reports and partner with teams to develop and implement changes Provide ad-hoc program data to the project team as needed Support and contribute to development and enhancement of internal PepsiCo project management standards and processes Communicate and work with all levels of staff, customers, and leadership Collaborate closely with deployment teams to ensure critical path items are completed fully and on-time Facilitate design authority approval meetings for any changes to the PepsiCo global template solution Continuously improve delivery processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing new controls, updating document procedures, and training associates Manage program risks and issues (tracking, follow ups, communications, escalations) Create action plans to address key program issues Onboard new team members by providing tool access and training sessions (as required) Adhere to PepsiCo' change control standards & PepsiCo methodology/Technology COE standards Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree required 6+ years of experience in project management, especially large projects with established firms Expertise in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook) Experience in Agile teams preferred PMP certification preferred Experience with tools such as UKG Workforce Central, UKG Dimensions, and/or SAP-HCM is a plus If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
