BOUT THE ROLE.
he HR Analyst serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to assigned client groups, working closely with leadership to implement effective HR initiatives.
This role ensures the proper application of HR standards, policies, and processes, providing guidance and support to both leaders and employees at a manufacturing site that is in the process of significant growth.
This role will partner with local leadership in Monterrey as well as a Leadership Team based in the US.
OUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE.
trategic Partnership.
Equip leaders with data-driven insights on workforce planning, compensation, and performance management to facilitate informed and strategic decision-making.
Collaborate in identifying and implementing strategies to address future talent and resource needs as well as updating policies/processes as the business continues to grow.
mployee Relations and Engagement.
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee relations matters, conducting investigations, and providing training and support.
Supporting terminations and offboarding tasks.
Review current HR processes and suggest opportunities for process improvement at the site.
Assist in diagnosing organizational climate issues and promoting employee engagement across manufacturing and office employees.

Support recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet staffing needs.
R Policy and Compliance.
Ensure adherence to company HR policies, procedures, and practices, as well as relevant federal and state legal requirements.

Drive employee and organizational development through continuous learning and training initiatives, supporting performance improvement and problem resolution.

3-5 years of relevant HR experience.

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field is preferred.
