about the role the hps manager will have support activities regarding the main hps processes.
he/she will help develop, and implement a culture of continuous improvement across all the areas and departments.
he/she will help creating standards that will be used as the guidelines for the operations in the plants according to de hps model.

authorized and update documents and standards that belong to the hps department.
train all personnel in the hps standards and tools.
support and participate in the problem solving process.
keep the issue tracking data base updated for a3.
keep the 5s’s standards and kpi updated.
perform gap analysis to identify deficiencies in business processes and programs, and recommending and implementing adjustments to programs and/or processes link process deficiencies directly to bottom line impact lead cross-functional project teams formed to implement change and drive continuous improvement participate and provides support related with environmental, health and safety objectives, targets and programs.
