Job Summary:
Home Office Customer Service Representative
Overview: In this role, you will assist clients with making appointments, setting up their products, and answering general questions related to Car Breathalyzer installations.

Schedule:

Training:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:40 PM

Important Note:
You will need to attend one month of on-site training. During this period, training is fully paid. After the training period, we will provide you with all the necessary equipment to work from home.

Operations Schedule:

-8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Thursday and Sunday off.
Or
-8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday and --Saturday off.

Requirements:
Fluent conversational skills in both English and Spanish (B2 level or higher).
Previous Call Center experience, ideally in a customer service environment (Required)
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with calm and professionalism
