Tanto desde oficina como en sitio Ayudar a usuarios y distribuidores a sacar el máximo partido a nuestro software Atención al cliente Capacitación a usuarios finales Impartir y diseñar de cursos de capacitación o mejoras en procesos, documentación de mejoras al producto de software.
Requisitos.
Titulación técnica, licenciatura o ingeniería en Informática o afín Desarrollo Back-End con SQL Sistemas punto de venta (POS) Experiencia en servicio de soporte técnico a clientes o usuarios finales Conocimiento en infraestructura de redes inalámbrica y alámbricas, conmutadores, VPN.
Conocimiento avanzado de SQL Server, MYSQL, net, visual Fox Pro.
ITIL o MOF son tus iniciales favoritas.
Conocimiento en marcos de trabajo.
Si ya has probado la sazón del sector restaurantero, ¡eso es un plus! Licencia para conducir y disponibilidad para trasladarse.
