ESCOLARIDAD.
Carreras en curso de Ingeniería informática,licenciaturas en sistemas o computación (no excluyente), tecnicaturas de sistemas o afin.
(primera oportunidad laboral) CONOCIMIENTOS.
Conocimientos funcionales de sobre aplicativos de seguimiento a tickets.
Conocimientos del proceso de la Gestión de la configuración del Software.
Conocimientos sobre hardware y software en general.
Reparación de hardware (nivel básico) Sistemas operativos HABILIDADES.
Actitud de servicio.
Sentido de urgencia.
Resolución de problemas.
Buena comunicación oral y escrita Responsabilidad ACTIVIDADES.
Asignación, seguimiento y documentación de los servicios asignados por el cliente Generar soluciones para aquellos problemas reportados por los usuarios.
Salir a actividades locales cuando sea el caso.
Proporcionar un servicio de calidad a los clientes INFORMACIÓN GENERAL Trabajo presencial Lunes a Viernes de 9.
